Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Behold the Wood. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund or exchange policy. Simply let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable, but we will work with you to ensure that you are completely happy with your custom item before we begin production.
